1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Folca ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Folca is a folder-based camera application that allows you to take photos and automatically save them to pre-selected folders on your device. All data, including photos and folder information, is stored locally on your device only. Folca does not operate any servers, does not collect personal data, and does not transmit any information off your device.

3. Permissions

Folca requires the following device permissions to function:

• Camera: To capture photos using your device's camera.
• Photo Library: To save photos to your device's photo library and to organize them into albums/folders.

These permissions are used solely for the core functionality of the App. You may revoke permissions at any time through your device settings, though doing so will prevent the App from functioning properly.

4. User Content

All photos taken and stored through Folca remain your sole property. Since all content is stored on your device, you are solely responsible for managing, backing up, and securing your content. Deleting a folder or photo within the App will permanently remove it from your device's photo library.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Use the App to capture or store content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of the App.

6. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

We are not responsible for any loss of photos or data resulting from device failure, App malfunction, accidental deletion, or any other cause. We strongly recommend maintaining independent backups of important photos.
